Three services. For each you'll find the typical situation where it's needed, what I deliver and the starting price. At the bottom there's also what I don't do, because that's just as useful to know beforehand.
When it's needed
There's a task someone does by hand every week: approving, copying from one system to another, assembling a report, checking deadlines. It works as long as that person is there, and as long as nobody asks how it was done. Then a customer audit comes, or you simply grow, and the method no longer holds.

When it's needed
The numbers are there, but scattered: ERP, Excel sheets, the accountant, maybe a LIMS. Every month someone puts them together by hand, and when the owner or the customer asks "where does this come from?", somebody has to dig. It's not a charts problem: it's that nobody really trusts the report.

Two different situations, same need: someone independent taking a look before it's too late. These are often the first job I do for a company, because they're quick to decide and show how I work.
You've bought software from a vendor and it's about to go into production. I try it the way your most demanding user would: I write the test cases, run them, and tell you in writing what holds and what doesn't, before everyone works on it.
Per day. CHF 1,100–1,400 per day.
People in the company already use Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude, maybe without anyone having decided it. I check where the data goes, how Microsoft 365 is configured, what Swiss data-protection law requires, and I leave you a simple usage policy. For the legal opinion there's the lawyer: I cover the technical side.
Fixed-price review. CHF 1,500–2,500.
I build and document: workflows, dashboards, tests. The person you talk to at the start is the same one who delivers.
Writes and signs the validation documentation when the rules require it. I work with them, not in their place, and if you don't have one I'll introduce you to people I know.
Keeps the books and closes the accounts. My dashboards read their numbers and make them readable, they don't replace them.
An SME of 10 to 100 people around Lugano or Mendrisio that produces for bigger customers, often in pharma or medical devices, and gets audited by them. It has the problem, but nobody in-house to deal with it.
Professional firms and companies working on Microsoft 365 that have already started using Copilot or ChatGPT, without really knowing where the data goes.
You need a website, a helpdesk for emergencies, or "a bit of AI" with no reason it should be done properly. I'll say so right away and point you to someone else.
The prices above are starting points, not a price list. After the call you get a written proposal with the figure, the timeline and what's included.
