a person.
My name is Davide. AFianco isn't an agency with ten names on a slide: it's me, and the businesses I choose to work alongside. The person you talk to at the start is the same one who builds and delivers.
By profession I digitalise and optimise the processes of a multinational. With AFianco I bring the same craft to small and medium businesses: automation, artificial intelligence and data control in everyday work. Not as a fad, but as concrete tools to work better.
The path
I don't come from consulting. I come from inside companies. I grew up around a family business, the kind where you work hard and, at the end of the month, you wonder how it actually went without being able to answer with a number.
I watched it struggle and I watched it recover: not with a brilliant idea, but by putting the simple things back in order. Understanding what each thing cost, stopping underpricing, looking at the numbers before it was too late.
The problem wasn't working too little. It was working in the dark.
Since then I've worked in very different settings: small family businesses, startups, and today a structured multinational, Aptar, where I handle digitalisation and process optimisation. I've learned how you work when there's nothing in place, and how you work when there's a solid method.
It's inside large companies that I see, day after day and at scale, what really works: how automation and artificial intelligence genuinely remove manual work and surface the numbers that matter. With AFianco I take those same methods and calibrate them for small and medium businesses, from Lugano and across Ticino. No simplified versions: the same substance, within reach of those without an IT department.
I work mainly with the Microsoft ecosystem, Power Platform, Copilot, Microsoft 365, because that's where most companies already keep their data. But the right tool remains the one that solves your problem, not the one I happen to prefer.

This conviction is why AFianco exists. The technology reshaping how we work today is within reach even for those with five employees, or none: all that's missing is someone to translate it into the language of your business. I decided to be that someone.
