Process automation.
Invoices, quotes, emails, data handoffs between management systems: I connect the tools you already use, add AI agents where they help and make copy-paste disappear. See how I work on automation and AI.
I'm Davide, and I live and work in Lugano. I help small and medium businesses in the city and its surroundings get rid of manual work with automation, artificial intelligence and clear data. In person, no call centers: we sit at the same table and fix the process.
You don't understand business processes over a video call. You understand them inside the company: watching how an invoice arrives, who opens it, where it gets saved, how many times the same data is retyped by hand from one program to another. These are details nobody thinks to mention on the phone, and that's almost always where the wasted time hides.
That's why I work in person. I can come to your office in Lugano and the surrounding area, from Paradiso to Massagno, from Savosa to Agno, and when needed in the Mendrisiotto and Bellinzonese too. I see the process with my own eyes, talk to the people who run it every day, and only then do I propose a solution. One hour at your office is worth more than three calls.
We still start gently: the first call is free. If the problem is concrete and I can help, we meet at your company. If it's not for me, I tell you right away and don't waste your time. And once the project starts, I don't disappear behind a support ticket: if something isn't working, we meet and fix it together.
Four services, one goal: less manual work and more control. Always tailor-made, always with tools your team can actually use. You can start with just one, the one that weighs on you most today, and add the rest when it makes sense.

Thirty minutes by phone or video: you tell me about the process that steals your time and together we figure out whether I can help.
I look at how you really work, including on site in Lugano and the surrounding area. I identify what to automate and what to leave to people.
You receive a written proposal with timelines, costs and expected results. You know what I do, when I deliver it and how much it costs, before you say yes.
Working in Lugano means knowing the world of Ticino SMEs: fiduciaries managing dozens of mandates, tradespeople whose office chases the construction sites, shops that live on seasons and cross-border trade, professional firms buried in documents. I know the nLPD and what it means when you use AI tools on client data, the QR-bill and how to automate its recording and collection, and the digitalization incentives in Ticino that can cover part of the project. I don't have to study your context from scratch: I live inside it.
It's also a matter of size. Large consulting firms rarely bother with an SME of five or fifteen people, and when they do, they send a junior with someone else's slides. I work only with businesses like these, because that's where well-built automation truly changes the workday. If you want to know who I am, the story is short: one person, at the entrepreneur's side, with no salespeople in between.
Tell me about the process that steals most of your time. The first call is free, and if we then meet in town, the coffee is on me.
