What are custom AI agents?
They are AI assistants trained on your data and procedures: they answer frequent questions, summarise documents, and draft quotes or replies. They work inside your process, not as a generic chatbot.
Do you help with Microsoft Copilot adoption?
Yes. I configure Copilot within your Microsoft 365 environment, define the use cases that matter for your team, and train your people so they actually use it, securely and with measurable results.
Do you only work with Microsoft?
I am strong in the Microsoft ecosystem but open to any stack: Google Workspace, management software, CRM and other systems you already use. I integrate what you have, I do not force you to change everything.
